這裡我向大傢介紹怎樣裹菜飯。裹菜飯用什麼來裹呢?怎樣裹呢?裹菜飯用的是:米飯、油菜、蒜、坡芹、六薑、豆角、臘腸、五花肉等。裹菜飯要先準備好米飯,把上面的蔬菜洗幹凈晾幹;接著把蒜、坡芹、六薑、豆角切碎,把臘腸、五花肉洗凈切成碎片;然後把切成粹片的五花肉和臘腸倒進鍋裡炒到差不多熟後再把切碎的菜倒進鍋裡一起翻炒;炒熟後把米飯倒進鍋裡跟肉菜一起翻炒一會兒就可出鍋;最後用三、四片油菜葉鋪平,把炒好的飯菜盛在油菜葉上裹著用雙手捧著吃。這就是裹菜飯。
