鮮蝦仁半盒、料酒(洗蝦仁用)兩勺、淀粉(洗蝦仁用)一勺、雞肉餡200g左右、雞精(肉餡用)適量、椒鹽(肉餡用)一小勺、香油(肉餡用)少許、花椒粉(肉餡用)少許、清水適量、椒鹽適量、雞精少許、香油兩滴、芝麻粉一勺、薑(切末)一小塊、香蔥(切末)兩根、淀粉(雞肉餡用)一小勺
烹飪步驟:
1.蝦仁用牙簽挑去背上的黑線
